1. Core processing capabilities: Stainless steel series {303/304/316L} uses Swiss imported carbide tools, combined with micro-lubrication technology, to effectively solve the problem of machining hardening, and the surface roughness can reach Ra0.4um.
2. Aluminum alloy {6061/7075} uses high-speed milling technology [HSM] to achieve spindle speed thin-walled parts processing thickness plus or minus 0.01MM.
3. Titanium alloy {TC4/TC2} is equipped with a high-pressure internal cooling system to accurately control the cutting temperature and overcome the poor thermal conductivity of titanium alloys and the problem of sticking.
4. Brass [H59/H62H65] uses ultra-fine tungsten steel tools and high-speed processing. The processing thickness of thin-walled parts can be up to 0.02MM.
5. Complex structures are formed in one step. Through 3D surface processing technology, deep cavities, special-shaped surfaces, micro-holes and other special structure processing can be completed. Provide surface treatment anodizing, polishing. Electroplating, passivation and more than 20 surface modification processes. Provide 7-10 days fast proofing service.
